YaFatah is a connector, not the service provider.
YaFatah Amman is a digital platform that helps requesters discover and connect with independent service providers. YaFatah does not directly provide maintenance, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, handyman, transport, or other service work. Service scope, pricing, scheduling, payment, warranties, and performance are agreed directly between the requester and the selected provider. Providers are responsible for ensuring they are legally authorized, qualified, and properly equipped to perform the services they offer.
Important: For Jordan, commercial registration, tax, data protection, and local service-provider rules should be validated before monetization. This MVP wording should be reviewed by a qualified local legal or business setup advisor before full commercial launch or monetization.

What YaFatah does
- Displays approved service requests.
- Allows approved doers/providers to respond.
- Supports admin review, rejection, hiding, and reporting.
- Helps requesters and providers connect in a controlled way.
What YaFatah does not do
- Does not directly provide cleaning, plumbing, electrical, AC, handyman, transport, or maintenance services.
- Does not employ doers/providers unless separately stated in writing.
- Does not collect, hold, split, or escrow service payments in this MVP.
- Does not guarantee service quality, licensing, pricing, completion, warranties, or outcomes.
Direct agreement between requester and provider
Before work starts, the requester and selected provider should directly agree on scope, price, timing, location, tools/materials, safety expectations, access, payment method, and completion criteria.
