Doers/providers using YaFatah are independent third parties unless a separate written employment or contracting agreement says otherwise.
Provider responsibilities
- You must be legally allowed to offer the services you list.
- You must have proper skills, tools, permits, licenses, approvals, or insurance where required.
- You agree directly with the requester on scope, price, timing, payment, and completion.
- You may not represent yourself as a YaFatah employee unless formally employed.
Do not use “fully verified,” “background checked,” or “government verified” unless the platform has a formal, lawful process supporting that claim.
