Safety rules for requesters and doers.
YaFatah uses admin review, limited public information, controlled contact release, rejection reasons, hidden/private phone numbers, and market-aware rules to reduce risk.
Minimum safety controls
Requester safety
- Do not post phone numbers or exact addresses publicly.
- Describe the work clearly and honestly.
- Confirm scope, price, timing, and payment before work starts.
- Use judgment before allowing anyone into a private home or office.
- Report unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or suspicious behavior.
Doer/provider safety
- Only accept work you can perform safely and lawfully.
- Do not request inappropriate fees or unrelated personal information.
- Confirm scope, price, timing, and location before starting.
- Keep communication professional and job-related.
- Report fake, unsafe, abusive, or misleading requests.
Prohibited or restricted requests: illegal services, fraudulent documents, adult/inappropriate services, weapons, dangerous substances, prohibited goods, harassment, surveillance, stalking, intimidation, unsafe electrical/gas/structural work by unqualified individuals, or work requiring permits/licenses unless performed by properly authorized providers.
Higher-risk categories
Electrical, plumbing, AC, gas, structural, transport, women-only services, work involving private homes, and any category involving children, private data, or high-value property should receive stronger review and possibly additional verification.
