Limited exposure
Public request and provider pages should avoid showing phone numbers, exact addresses, private documents, or sensitive personal information. Contact information should be released only after approval or controlled matching.
Consent and retention
Users should accept terms and consent before information is shared with selected parties. YaFatah should define retention rules for requests, reports, contact data, verification notes, and complaints.
